We need to conduct visits to the El Platanal Hydroelectric Power Plant through the use of virtual reality and all multimedia resources. The objective is to generate an interactive and impressive experience.

CONTEXT OF THE PROBLEM

When we carry out inductions for the new employees or when we accept academic visits, we must handle all the logistics necessary to do the visit to the Province of Yauyos - Cañete. This situation results in the use of a useful day of the personnel involved in the induction process. The impacted areas are: Human Resources and Talent Management, General Services, Security and Operations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM

The problem lies in the fact that we want to replace face-to-face visits to the plant. Normally, we would like to be able to carry out inductions for new employees in a more interactive way, while at the same time we want them to acquire knowledge in a playful and educational way to ensure their understanding. On the other hand, we seek to relieve the teams in charge of operational burdens from the responsibility of this type of visits.
